Every preset is precisely crafted with a dedicated Impulse Response (IR) coming from the NVA ULTIMATE IR PACK / NVA METAL IR PACK.
The IRs are already included in every preset, you just need to import the presets and enjoy!
Even if not necessary, for your convenience you will find included with this bundle two folders with all the IRs used in the presets, both LIVE and STUDIO versions.
In this bundle you will find 4 LIVE (for gig/rehearsal, marked with “L” at the end of the preset name) and 4 STUDIO (for recording/bedroom, marked with “S” at the end of the preset name) presets with dedicated Impulse Responses for each preset:
US CLEAN: based on Fender Deluxe Reverb amp, IR based on Fender Bandmaster 2X12
US OVERDRIVE: based on Fender Bassman amp, IR based on Fender Bassman 4X10
US CRUNCH: based on Mesa Boogie MK1 amp, IR based on Mesa Boogie MarkIIC 1X12
US LEAD: based on Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier amp, IR based on Mesa Boogie Road King 4X12
In all the 4 presets if you push CTRL footswitch on your MG30 you will move through the 3 available scenes:
SCENE 1: Basic sound
SCENE 2: Pre Boost/Overdrive engaged
SCENE 3: Delay + Modulation engaged
With the additional two way footswitch provided with your MG30 you can add more options:
PRESS R: Deactivate/activate EQ, to shape your tone and add post boost effect
PRESS T: Tap Tempo Delay, to be used when Scene 3 is selected
Pedal Wah can be activated in every preset if you push harder the expression pedal.
This bundle is best used when connected to a PA console, audio interface or FRFR speaker as it has cab sim (IR) enabled. If you intend to use it with an amp and cabinet please disable the amp/cab block.
